About This Session
Your company’s brand and culture are really one in the same and it’s your job to help it evolve. So how do you think more broadly to build and maintain the culture and brand you want? During this session, you’ll learn how to broaden your recruiting definition of customers to include candidates, friends, families, hiring managers, etc, while connecting empathy with culture change and brand advocacy. Shaunda and Richard will walk you through a simple case study of a good “customer” experience and you’ll learn where impact can be made in attraction, hiring and onboarding stages.
